      目的 比较不同粘接间隙的全瓷贴面与理想色之间的色泽匹配度,为变色牙行全瓷贴面修复提供参考依据。方法 采用三维技术精确设计4种粘接间隙(0.05 mm,0.15 mm,0.30 mm,0.50 mm),制成0.5 mm厚度A2色低透明度铸瓷贴面模型各10片。用ND9牙本质代型材料模拟变色牙,漂白色试色糊剂代替树脂粘接剂,模拟变色牙瓷贴面修复后效果,测量修复后瓷贴面的颜色参数明度L、饱和度C以及色相ab值,将其与理想色A2进行比较,并分析各组贴面与理想色A2之间以及各组贴面之间的色差ΔE结果 (1)随着粘接间隙增大,L值明显增大,C值明显减小,ab值呈减小趋势;(2)4种粘接间隙下瓷贴面与理想色的饱和度及色相均有显著性差异,除0.15 mm组,其余三组与理想色的明度也有显著性差异;(3)0.15 mm粘接间隙下的瓷贴面与理想色之间的色差ΔE最小;(4)4种粘接间隙下,瓷贴面与理想色之间的色差ΔE均大于2。结论 (1)变色牙全瓷贴面修复后的颜色参数可随着粘接间隙的改变而明显改变;(2)变色牙基牙色为ND9色并采用漂白色粘接低透明度铸瓷贴面时,0.15 mm粘接间隙可产生更接近理想色的颜色效果;(3)变色牙行贴面修复时,改变粘接间隙可以改善最终颜色效果,但仍与理想色存在着肉眼可辨识的色差。
英文摘要:
      Objective The aim of this study was to compare and evaluate the color matching between the all-ceramic veneer with different bonding gap and the ideal color, to provide a clinical reference for all-ceramic veneer restoration of discolored teeth. Methods Veneer models with different bonding gap (0.05 mm, 0.15 mm, 0.30 mm, 0.50 mm) were accurately designed and fabricated by 3D technology, 10 specimens of A2 low-transparency lithium-disilicate pressed glass ceramic veneers with 0.5 mm thickness were made in each group. Nd9 dentin substitute was used to simulate discolored teeth, and Bleach XL try-in paste was used as the replacement of composite adhesive. The final color parameters of veneers with ND9 abutment colors were measured and expressed by CIE Lab/CIE LCH system, compared the final color parameters with the A2 ideal color, and the ΔE values of the veneers on four bonding gap with the ideal color were calculated, as well as the ΔE values between four bonding gap veneers groups. Results (1) As the bonding gap increased, the lightness values increased significantly and the chroma values decreased significantly, ab values showed a decreasing trend; (2) Chroma values and hue values had significant difference between all-ceramic veneers with four bonding gaps and the ideal color, except 0.15 mm group, other three groups had significant difference in lightness values; (3) Veneers with 0.15 mm bonding gap had the minimal ΔE values with ideal color; (4) Under four bonding gaps, the ΔE values between the veneers and ideal color is greater than 2. Conclusion (1) After all-ceramic veneer restoration of discolored teeth, the lightness, chroma, hue values can be significantly changed with the change of the bonding gap, and there are differences between them and the ideal color; (2) When the abutment color of the discolored teeth is ND9, and the bleached color cement is used to adhere the low-transparency lithium-disilicate pressed glass ceramic veneers, the 0.15 mm bonding gap can produce a closer color effect to the ideal color; (3) When using the bleached color cement and low-transparency porcelain to repair discolored teeth, changing the bonding gap can improve the color effect of the veneers, but there is still a color difference that can be recognized by the naked eye from the ideal color.
