| 目的 探讨流动树脂垫衬联合高强度流动树脂应用于牙邻面洞修复中的效果。方法 选择2018年6月至2019年6月我院收治的牙邻面洞修复患者86例（共86个患牙），按随机数字表法分为两组，各43例。对照组给予夹层修复技术（三明治技术），玻璃离子粘固剂与复合树脂的联合修复；实验组给予流动树脂垫衬联合高强度流动树脂修复。对比两组修复成功率、修复效果及术后并发症的发生率。结果 术后9个月，实验组和对照组修复成功率分别为93.02%和72.09%；实验组和对照组修复体完整性率分别为95.35%和67.44%；实验组术后未出现敏感症，对照组有7例出现敏感，两者差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 流动树脂垫衬联合高强度流动树脂应用于牙邻面洞修复可显著提高修复成功率及修复效果，降低术后并发症发生率，值得推广。 |

| Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of flowable composite resin liners combined with high-strength flowable resin on repairing the adjacent (occlusal) cavities. Methods From June 2018 to June 2019, 86 patients (a total of 86 affected teeth) of the adjacent (occlusal) cavity repaired in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, each with 43 patients. The control group was repaired with sandwich technique, and the observation group was repaired with flowable resin liners combined with high-strength flowable resin. The repair success rate, repair effect and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of repair in the observation group at 9 months was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The integrity of the restoration in the observation group at 9 months was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P). <0.05); The incidence of postoperative sensitivity in the observation group at 9 months was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of flowable resin liners and high-strength flowable resin in the repair of adjacent (occlusal) cavities can significantly improve the success rate and effect of restoration, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and it is worth promoting. |
