| LED(Light-Emitting Diode)即发光二极管,因为价格低廉、便携性强,已作为发光光源在医学领域应用广泛,比如,可用于光动力疗法(Photodynamic Therapy,PDT)。在口腔领域常被作为光固化灯的光源以及照明光源,然而LED在PDT方面运用不多,在牙体牙髓和牙周疾病中运用则更少。本文就LED在口腔牙体牙髓和牙周疾病方面的应用现状和前景,特别是光动力疗法方面作一综述。 |

| Due to its much less expensive and highly flexible, Light-Emitting Diode(LED) has been widely used in medicine as a light source which can be used for Photodynamic Therapy(PDT). LED has played a role in oral medicine as the light source of illumination and light-curing, but rarely used in PDT, not say much in the field of endodontics and periodontics. This paper reviewed the application and the promising future of LED in the therapy of endodontics and periodontics, especially in the field of PDT . |
