      【】近年来,口腔种植迅速发展,在牙列缺失、缺损以及颌面部缺损的修复治疗中的应用越来越广泛。由于Er:YAG激光具有对种植体表面形态改变小,产热少,杀菌效应强,促进种植体-牙龈界面形成生物学封闭,促进骨增加及骨整合等特点,其在口腔种植中的作用越来越受到人们重视。本文就Er:YAG激光在种植体表面处理,切割软组织,切除骨组织和种植体周围炎中的应用作一综述。
英文摘要:
      Dental implantation, an effective method of repairing dentition defect and deletion and repairing oral and maxillofacial defects has been widely used and developed in clinic recently. Er:YAG laser has many advantages, including protecting the surrounding tissue from heat damage, effective antimicrobial properties, less changes of implant surface morphology, encouraging the formation of soft tissue-implant biologic seal, and promoting alveolar augmentation and Osseointegration. In this review, the applications of Er:YAG laser in the implant surface processing, oral soft tissues resection, osteotomy resection and peri-implantitis are summarized.
