| 目的 分析美学修复中全瓷冠粘固前排龈对牙周组织的影响。方法 选择前牙全瓷冠修复患者80例，分为粘固前排龈组和不排龈组，每组各40例。所有患者均分别于粘固后1、3、6及12个月复查，观察记录各组不同时段临床各相关牙周指数的变化并进行统计学分析。结果 牙周探诊深度在全瓷冠粘固后12个月，粘固前排龈组明显小于不排龈组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。菌斑指数和出血指数在全瓷冠粘固后6个月及12个月，粘固前排龈组明显小于不排龈组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 前牙全瓷修复体粘固前排龈能够有效减少牙周损伤，防止牙周疾病的发生。 |

| Objective The aim of the study was to analyze the effects of gingival retraction before cementation of all-ceramic crown on the periodontal tissue in aesthetic restoration. Methods 80 patients with anterior all-ceramic crowns were selected and divided into two groups, each group has 40 patients. All patients were re-examined for follow-up at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after cementation, and the changes of clinical periodontal index at different times in each group were recorded and statistically analyzed. Results After 12 months of allceramic crown cementation, the probing depth(PD) was significantly lower in the gingival retraction group than those in the Non-gingival retraction group (P<0.05). At 6 months and 12 months after all-ceramic crowns were cemented, the plaque index(PI) and the bleeding index (BI) were significantly lower in the gingival retraction group than that in the Non-gingival retraction group (P<0.05). Conclusion Gingival retraction before the all-ceramic restorations of anterior teeth are cemented can effectively reduce periodontal damage and prevent periodontal disease. |
